CIS Internet Diplomacy Project Featured in Lotus Ad Campaign

The spotlight fell on the UW Institute for International Policy's Center for Internet Studies as it played a central role in Lotus Development Corporation's nationwide marketing effort for the new groupware product, Domino R5. The innovative i Envoy "Webtop for diplomats" proved an ideal case study to showcase the collaborative features of R5. This  advertisement appeared in a number of national magazines including Business Week , Atlantic Monthly , Time , and US News and World Report . A similar full-page version appeared in more than 15 newspapers including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times , Washington Post , and Los Angeles Times .
